STAY GREEN

At gate44 we provide a safe and healthy environment. We try to be as green and non-toxic as possible without compromising quality. For etching we substituted solvents with VCA (vegetable cleaning agents), nitric acid is strictly forbidden, we prefer zinc and copper sulfate to copper and ferric cloride and we incentivate more modern materials and techniques such as photopolymers and light and water based etching processes. For screen-printing we use high quality water based inks and commercial soaps and degreasers. Water and trash are properly disposed and recycled.
